Windows : NightCal - minor upgrade

There has been a minor upgrade to NightCal Astronomical Observing Calendar Software. The help file in the new version (0.7.2c) contains the new dates for daylight saving times for North America that come into force in March 2007. You can download the new version at http://www.nightcal.co.uk
