Seeing the solar panels on the ISS (at only 40x mag.) is one of my all-time observing highlights.
The software itself is very intuitive and easy to use. There are several graphical interfaces that aid in the tracking of a satellite, all of which are visually pleasing and easy to understand.
The only real downsides to the software that I can establish is that the software uses a "leapfrog" style of tracking a satellite (instead of smoothly tracking, it goes from one field of view to the next in leapfrog manner). Another downside, and this may only be a downside with the LX200 classic style, is that the hand controller beeps incessently during the tracking of a satellite. This is more of a flaw in the LX200, but I wish there was a way for the software to override the constant beeping. There are some resources on the web if you want to install a switch on your LX200 that will manually disable the beeping sounds.
Overall, this is an excellent product. I continue to use this as my "goto" satellite tracking software. Highly recomended!
