| Helio | | Description: | Helio calculates the latitude/longitude and area of sunspots. The only inputs are the data/time, the sunspot x and y coordinates and sunspot size. Features: - Determine the solar position (RA, Dec, altitude and azimuth) and solar parameters (Bo, Lo, P, apparent diameter and Carrington rotation of the central meridian) for a given date and time, and observer latitude and longitude.
- Select the orientation of the solar disk.
- Display the central meridian, solar equator, latitude lines and longitude lines.
- Input or select the position of a sunspot directly on the solar disk.
- Calculate the sunspot latitude and longitude.
- Input the sunspot size and calculate the sunspot area (in millionths of a solar hemisphere).
- Display the Carrington Rotation number at the location of the sunspot.
- Track a sunspot across the disk and from one rotation to the next (or previous) using either Carrington or differential rotation rates.
- Produce a log file for sunspot measurements

| GraphDark | | Description: | «GraphDark allows you to work out when an astronomical object will be visible from your location and when moonlight, twilight or low haze will affect its visibility. An additional option displays the moon’s phases as a lunar calendar. Typical uses might be planning a series of observing sessions for deep sky objects so that moonlight can be avoided, working out when a comet will be visible from your location at a reasonable altitude, or when a variable star will be visible.
GraphDark is best suited for summarising visibility of an object over a period of weeks or months, for example the apparition of a comet. Alternatively a number of objects on a single night can be displayed. By clicking on the timetable more information is provided for that particular instant in graphical or tabular form.

| Accurate Times | | Description: | Accurate Times is the official program adopted by the Jordanian Ministry of Islamic Affairs to calculate the prayer times in Jordan. The program runs under Windows, and it is written by Mohammad Odeh, a member of the Jordanian Astronomical Society (JAS), and the Vice-President of Crescents' Observation and Mawaqeet Committee, of the Arab Union for Astronomy and Space Sciences (AUASS).
Accurate Times calculates the following astronomical events:
- Islamic prayer times (Fajer, Shuroq, Dhohur, Aser, Maghreb, and Isha).
- Sun Times (Beginning and End of Twilight, Sunrise, Sunset, and Sun Transit).
- Moon Times (Moon rise, Moon transit, and Moon set).
