Canon has announced on 14th Feb. a new version of ESO D20 specially suited for astrophotography: ESO D20a. Read the details inside...
The new camera is named ESO D20a (I have reported this in the forum section). The camera has 850M pixels and Cut-off Low Pass filter to enhance the recording of 656nm H-alpha 2.5x of the D20. But this camera will only be available in Japan.

Canon has also announced an upgrade version of the famous EOS Rebel(also known as EOS 300D).
